Designing for me is about creating clarity in complex environments. When someone turns to a product hoping to solve a problem, my goal is for them to immediately feel a sense of relief, understanding what to do, recognizing the value the product provides, and experiencing the satisfaction of using something that feels intuitive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

My approach combines critical thinking, research, collaboration, intention and a certain level of boldness to create solutions that generate long-term value for both users and organizations. For this, flexibility is an essential part of my daily routine: whether in defining scope, navigating constraints, adjusting priorities quickly, managing stakeholders or continuously learning new skills and perspectives.

If I can create one single meaningful experience through design, I believe I can also design systems capable of scaling that impact to many more people.

Lead Product Designer experienced in guiding teams across multiple initiatives and business units, focused on transforming complex problems into clear, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences that balance user needs with business goals. My background covers research, prototyping, usability, and product strategy, grounded in a strong visual and interface design foundation. I value active listening, collaboration, and creating environments where teams can grow and navigate complexity together.

Alongside industry work, I explore the intersection of design, emerging technologies, and human-computer interaction through academic research in Speculative Design and Futures Thinking. I hold a Bachelor's in Graphic Design from São Paulo State University (2017) and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2023).

2022 – Now

At Bitso, the first crypto unicorn in Latin America, I evolved from Product Designer to Design Lead, leading strategic initiatives across retail onboarding, advanced trading, Web3, B2B platforms, security, and internal operations.

My work focused on designing scalable and high-impact experiences involving blockchain infrastructure, cross-border financial operations, complex trading systems, authentication flows, debit cards and AI-ready design systems, while collaborating closely with product, engineering, compliance, and executive stakeholders across the organization.

Senior Design at Olist

2021 – 2022

Worked as one of the first Product Designers at Olist Shops, a mobile commerce platform that enabled small and medium-sized businesses to create and manage their online stores in a simple and scalable way. Contributed to end-to-end product experiences for a platform used by more than 250,000 merchants worldwide, focusing on onboarding, store customization, subscriptions, and social channel integrations.
